External plasma igniter

Brief description

Through the innovative option of the plasma igniter, developed by Spectruma®, even materials that are difficult to excite can be analyzed. This is made possible by artificially inducing plasma ignition, even when there are not enough charge carriers for an independent discharge. Consequently, successful plasma ignition is achieved even at very low voltage or power levels. Another advantage is that polished surfaces can be easily measured.
