We, Spectruma Analytik GmbH, Fabrikzeile 21, 95028 Hof, Germany (hereinafter: "Spectruma") are the operators of the website https://www.spectruma.de (hereinafter: "Website").

The operation of the website partly requires the processing of certain personal data.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and observe the relevant data protection regulations. Under no circumstances will the data collected via the website be sold. They will not be passed on to third parties for other reasons, unless otherwise stated below.

1.2 We reserve the right to change this statement at our sole discretion. The latest version is always available on our websites. By using our web pages after a change of this declaration your agreement with all changes is justified.

Personal data is only collected to the necessary extent. When you register as a (new) customer for a user account, we collect and store the following data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") for the purpose of setting up your user account (mandatory information).

In addition to the mandatory data, you can also enter other optional data that relate - at least in part - to your company, your institute or your institution. We also use this data to set up your customer account and to be able to offer you better service (= justified interest) on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) GDPR in accordance with this data protection declaration for enquiries or orders.

The data will be deleted as soon as you inform us that the user account is not to be continued, unless we have the right to further storage of the data for another reason.

After your prior consent, the data you provide will be permanently stored in our CRM system for the purpose of customer care, including advertising (the legal basis in this case is Art. 6 Para. 1 a)GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time - with effect for the future. In this case your data will not be processed further for these purposes.

1.4 Log files. When accessing the website or the online shop, we automatically collect and store the following log file information. The processing takes place for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures as well as to guarantee a smooth connection and a comfortable use, for the evaluation of the system security and stability as well as for further administrative purposes (= justified interest).
